Horwich Community Allotment will be holding a skill-share session on jam making on Monday December 3rd from 7 pm at the Scout Hut on Lord Street, Horwich. I’ll be demonstrating the jam-making process and also trying to answer any queries about preserving. There will also be a tasting session (with tea and scones) and some preserves for sale.
If possible, let us know if you want to come as we need to have an approximate idea of numbers in order to provide enough refreshments. You can still come if you haven’t been in touch though!
Ignore the street view that (annoyingly) appears – the Scout Hut is the single storey building at the back of the car park behind the Library!
